There's no reason not to add some greens to breakfast, and knocking Kale off the top spot for superfood of the moment is watercress. Yep it's peppery and intense, but what better way to wake yourself up in the morning...Here I've got some homemade bread my dad baked (Waitrose packet), with mashed avocado and pumpkin seeds, accompanied by protein rich poached egg and for a bit of a treat, smoked salmon. No reason to snack when you've had this healthy load.

For Vegans : Increase the greens, add a dollop of houmous and a side of beetroot
