4 WEEKS STARTING AUGUST 14th: Tuesdays at 10am on Peckham Rye (Bring a baby or don't!)

I'm so excited to start a new concept, BOXPilates. It's the combination of myself and my mama friend Alex who is a PT and Boxing coach. We've combined our skills to bring a 4 week taster course of our session which will have, what we feel, is a great mix of cardio and boxing with all the principles of Pilates, to not only deal with weight loss but strengthen the core, develop long lean muscles, and finally take some time to relax and breathe better.

We're both post-natally trained, so the class is sensitive to the challenges we face after babies. We've also designed it with functional fitness in mind so we can deal with these ever growing bundles who put such pressure on our postures.

NB: Women must be 8 weeks postnatal and have been signed off by their doctor, but please do talk to us about any other specific issues before the class - we are aware that a doctors check may not deal with unseen postnatal issues and your body needs recovery time after growing a human!
