This weekly baby friendly Pilates class, is suitable for postnatal women (from 8 weeks postpartum) as well as parents of all levels. We'll be working on breath & relaxation as well as stretching, strengthening and lengthening the whole body, whilst your baby can relax in our bouncers or kick about on a mat. Please do not worry if your baby cries or needs to feed, I'm on hand for cuddles!
Classes are suitable for women following a satisfactory six or eight week postnatal check-up, and for babies up to crawling. If you are postnatal, whether it is 10 weeks or 6 months, there is so much benefit to be had from Pilates. Dads are welcome too!
